What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique which can be very helpful to people at difficult times in their lives. Reiki can be a hands-on or hands-off therapy which works on energy centres within the body, restoring balance and a sense of peace and calm helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
