However, sometimes someone comes along who goes the extra mile with their fundraising efforts.Ross Graham, 28, from Airdrie has decided to fundraise for the Beatson Cancer Charity and we couldn't be more grateful to have his support. The physical education teacher based in Perthshire will be undertaking six fundraising challenges in six months for the Beatson.
The Glasgow Kiltwalk takes place on Sunday 29 April and we are recruiting walkers to join Team Beatson!
Last year saw an amazing £125,000 raised for Beatson Cancer Charity from the Glasgow Kiltwalk alone, the second largest fundraising amount donated to charity from the event and Team Beatson return again for 2018, bigger and better!

Big time supporter Raymond Stark recently took on the challenge to play 72 holes of golf at Shiskine Golf Course to raise money for the Beatson Cancer Charity to say thank you to the wonderful staff at the Beatson who cared for his mum Irene and aunty Claire when they received treatment.After a very long day, Raymond successfully completed his golf marathon in around 16 hours and has raised over £1, 700!
