We’re looking forward to welcoming you all to Off the Beatson Track! Join us at Riverside Museum for our annual 10k walk, proudly sponsored by Allied Vehicles. We’ve got a fun-filled day planned for all ages, and we can’t wait to see you there!
Here’s everything you need to know to help you prepare for the day, from travel and parking to what to expect at the event.
The walk starts and finishes at the Riverside Museum (100 Pointhouse Rd, Govan, Glasgow G3 8RS)
The site opens officially at 10am and please be on site by 10.30am latest to get into the festival spirit and take part in the warm up!
If you haven’t already created a JustGiving page and wish to do so, you can create one by following this link here. If you have made a page, you don’t need to do anything else. The page will automatically close after the walk and we will receive the money. Thank you so much for all your support!
Please note that photography will be taken on the day and may be used in future marketing materials, if you wish not to be captured do let us know.
Please bring weather appropriate clothing and footwear, we want you to enjoy the day as much as possible.
Please stick to your wave! Waves are used to reduce congestion and bottle necks at the beginning of the walk, and to keep everyone safe.
We’re excited to share the route map for Off The Beatson Track 2026! The event will start and finish at the Riverside Museum, with a scenic path that takes you along the River Kelvin and past key landmarks like the Kelvingrove Museum.
On return to the Riverside Museum, you can look forward to a whole afternoon of fun. We have activities for kids (and big kids!) and would like to thank all who are coming along on the day to our charity village. Card and Cash options available. There will be something for everyone - all dietary requirements are catered for.
