How We Help 

Beatson Cancer Charity’s Specialist Health and Work Service supports people who are affected by cancer, and their families, to plan for and manage the impact cancer can have on their employment. Most employers show genuine empathy during challenging times and can offer much-needed support. However, a cancer diagnosis can bring many unique challenges. By working collaboratively with employers we can enhance the level of understanding, support and specialist cancer knowledge available.

Working in partnership, our team of Specialist Practitioners can provide advice and support across a range of issues as well as self-management techniques and return-to-work planning that meets the needs of both employers and employees.
