Sleigh bells are jinglin’ - the Santa Dash is coming back to town!
Join Beatson Cancer Charity this year at the Glasgow Santa Dash at Glasgow Green on 7th December 2025. Run, jog, walk or hop on your sleigh - it’s time to do your festive 5k.
Please note: When registering, please choose a wave that best suits your running ability - stronger runners in earlier waves, and those with small children, buggies, prams, scooters or dogs in Wave 4. This helps keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Show your support to patients and families affected by cancer this winter by signing up to this year’s Santa Dash. Once registered, you will receive a free Santa t-shirt to help paint Glasgow's city centre red and yellow.

Location: Glasgow Green (start and finish)
Entry: Adults £18, Children £6, Children under 5* go FREE
*We are unable to provide race numbers & t-shirts to under 5's but they are welcome to dash along in their festive gear.*
Race numbers and t-shirts must be collected from us prior to event day, and registration will close on Thursday 5th December. Collection details will be provided in your pre-event email.

Collecting your free top:
As we gear up for this year's Santa Dash, let's keep the environment in mind! If you already have a Santa t-shirt or costume, we encourage you to reuse it or even get creative and make your own. Not only will you be reducing waste, but you'll also have a chance to be picked as best dressed on the day!
We will be picking out best dressed on the day for a chance to win some top prizes. We can’t wait to see some Jack Frosts, reindeer clans, and other festive friends!
Once you have signed up, you are welcome to come to the charity office on one of our collection days to collect your t-shirt and race numbers!
You can find our offices in the Diabetes Day Centre just up the hill (less than 200m) from the main entrance to The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre, 1053 Great Western Rd, Glasgow, G12 0YN. If you’d like further directions, click here.
T-shirt & Race Numbers Collection Dates:
- 24th & 25th November 10am-2pm
- 26th November 10am-2pm & 6pm-8pm
- 27th & 28th November 10am-2pm
- *29th November St Enoch Centre 10am-2pm: ifyou would like to arrange to collect your t-shirt & race number from St Enoch on 29th, please contact santadash@beatsoncancercharity.org in advance to confirm your t-shirt sizes and get collection details (we can only take pre-orders)*
