Are you with us?

Will you please, continue to be with us?

The easing of lockdown means that many of us now are able to visit family, friends and loved ones,
but those living with cancer remain vulnerable, isolated and apprehensive about the future.

Will you please help?

In order to prevent the further transmission of Coronavirus, many people are attending appointments, treatments and overnight stays alone, without their loved ones and face to face support services.

We have adapted our services to ensure that that each person affected by cancer receives the care, love and hope that they absolutely deserve at this time, but we can only continue this with your support.

By donating today, you could help us continue our brand-new Befriending Service, or provide Comfort, Care and Overnight Packs to those staying in The Beatson through these tough times.

  • £25 could fund a Care Pack for one person discharged from The Beatson, to ensure they have essential groceries, toiletries and cleaning products, until a food shop is delivered.
  • £50 could fund an Overnight Pack for two people staying in The Beatson (including pyjamas, toiletries, and entertainment) to encourage maximum comfort and rest, whilst friends and family aren’t by their side.
  • £100 could help to fund our Befriending Service, to ensure that every person receiving treatment at The Beatson has a friend to speak to whenever they may need it. Find out more here

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, many of our fundraising activities have been cancelled and as a result, we really are relying massively on donations like yours. Please help by donating here or further below:

Thank You.

“Times are difficult but with your support, we can continue to ease the loneliness, anxiety and stress felt by many people living with cancer right now.”

Gillian Hailstones, Director of Care
