Former patient's band raises funds for the Beatson

We are delighted to introduce you to charity supporter and former Beatson patient, Will Welch. Will, 30 from Paisley was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2013 and subsequently went through successful treatment.To show his support for Beatson Cancer Charity, Will and his band Hotel Moskva held an EP launch at Glasgow’s Stereo. With the help of their fans, friends and family the band raised a fantastic £615!The event was a huge success and Will had this to say:“The Beatson as a charity, organisation and centre for treating cancer is like no other. I’m thankful that I am still able to do what I love best, which is playing music in front of a packed venue”We would like to send a huge congratulations to all of Hotel Moskva for their great fundraising efforts.Our vital work couldn’t exist without the amazing people who raise funds for us.
