We had some important visitors to the Beatson Cancer Charity office on Friday, including the Lord Provost of Glasgow, Sadie Docherty, who came to help us choose our brand new Beatson Cancer Charity Mascot! The Lord Provost was joined on the judging panel by David Welch (CEO of Beatson Cancer Charity), Debbi Jennings (Head of Public Relations), Lorraine Whyte (Practice Education Radiographer and Beatson Cancer Charity funded post), Derek Graham (Brand Director at Branding Boutique) and Amber McCourt (Beatson Cancer Charity Young Ambassador).
The panel were extremely impressed with the quality and number of competition entries and they had a very tough decision to make when choosing the overall winner. We absolutely love the winning design and can’t wait to introduce you all to our very special new member of Team Beatson this summer! Keep an eye out for a special announcement soon!
